We carefully select and use genuine condiments that align with this philosophy, such as soy sauce made from traditional whole soybeans, mirin aged for three years, and naturally fermented vinegar, to create our dishes.

The vessels that accompany our culinary creations come from the hands of ceramic artists like Shiro Yoshii and George Nakamura from Kameoka, Kyoto, enhancing the visual pleasure as well.

Furthermore, we believe that Japanese cuisine is best complemented by Japanese sake. That's why we offer selections from renowned breweries like Aramasa Shuzo and Isojiman Shuzo. Please enjoy your meal with sake that pairs well with it.
