Maruzushi （まる鮨）

Maruzushi, located in Sapporo, Hokkaido, aims to offer a balanced selection of local and non-local seafood, allowing locals to enjoy Edo (Tokyo)-style sushi and visitors from outside Hokkaido to experience Ezo (Hokkaido)-style sushi.

Jun-nosuke Kawasaki, born in 1985, took over Maru Sushi from his father in 2016.

Our customers visit us for various reasons, each with unique needs. Whether it’s their first visit or they are regulars, their tastes and expectations differ each time.

To meet these expectations, Maru Zushi is dedicated to sensitively perceiving and delivering flavors that exceed what our customers seek.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Guests aged 7 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.

• Others:

  We kindly request that you refrain from wearing excessive perfume when visiting.
