We use fresh ingredients that are only available on that day, rare ingredients sourced directly from the producers, and other ingredients that are hard to incorporate into a regular menu in a normal restaurant, and present them in a “menu carte blanche” (meaning a blank menu in French), a unique course that is tailored for that day, that time, and that table.

After the modern appetizers, we serve classic dishes.We highlight the table with a presentation that considers the shapes and colors of the plates.

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.
