Chef Kazuya Iguchi has honed his career at famous French restaurants, including “Tateru Yoshino Ginza” (Tokyo), “Le Comptoir de Benoit” (Osaka), “Michel Bras TOYA Japon” (Hokkaido), and the vegetable-based French restaurant “restaurant RK / REVIVE KITCHEN THREE AOYAMA," where he served as chef.

TOUMIN is a 12-seat counter restaurant with characteristic Japanese ingredients which are enhanced by the power of yeast and fungi, prepared in front of your eyes.

Enjoy a monthly changing OMAKASE course made with an abundance of ingredients from wonderful producers all over Japan.

• Arrival time:

  It will start all at once at the time of your reservation. We will open the door 15 minutes before, so please come with plenty of time. If you do not contact us and exceed 30 minutes of your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

  Guests aged 10 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.
