The owner and chef, Tomomitsu Oki, trained in several restaurants such as a restaurant in small coastal towns in Brittany, the 2-star Jean Paul Jeunet in Arbois and the 1-star Jacques Decore in Vichy.

After that, he worked as the head chef at Roppongi's restaurant "Maxivin" for 6 years, honing his skills, and then opened "La's Maison Finisterre" in 2017.

The chef, who is a sommelier, proposes pairings of aperitifs and wines to suit your tastes and dishes.
