You can enjoy our omakase, where we alternate between meticulously prepared tsumami (side dishes) and nigiri, continuing the tradition of the renowned sushi restaurant “Sushi Sho” in Yotsuya.
Our sushi, reflecting the changing seasons, brings surprise and delight to our guests.
The seafood we use is sourced not only from Tsukiji market but also directly from Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Ishikawa.
Please savor our exquisite Edomae sushi, which showcases the perfect harmony between the carefully balanced toppings and the sushi rice.
