  We are unable to accommodate gluten-free requests. The soy sauce we use contains gluten. We assume that customers who make reservations understand this, and if gluten-free is specified at the time of booking, the restaurant will cancel the reservation. Please also note that any costs incurred in this case will be borne by the customer.

  We also cannot accept reservations from people who cannot eat raw fish. Thank you for your understanding.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
