For four years, our noren curtain has welcomed guests in a quiet corner of Ginza.

Here, the seasonal bounty of Japan is elevated into refined Edomae sushi. Our head chef, Sato, personally selects the finest seafood at its peak and devotes meticulous care to every stage of preparation, creating each piece at its very best.

We use two styles of sushi rice—traditional white rice and richly seasoned red-vinegar rice—and carefully adjust the temperature and balance of the rice to complement each topping.
