The owner, who moved to Tokyo from Fukuoka at the age of 18, puts his heart into every step, creating sushi that embodies his dedication and craftsmanship.
When the perfectly cooked rice, prepared in a custom copper pot, and fresh ingredients come together as one dish, it becomes an unforgettable experience. Our remarkable soy sauce further enhances the flavors of the ingredients.
We offer a variety of sake, including those from Kokuryu Sake Brewing Corporation, as well as limited-edition sake, champagne, and wine.
