In October 2024, a new yakitori restaurant opened near Nijo-jo Castle in Kyoto.

The restaurant specializes in exquisite yakitori made from carefully selected Hinai-Jidori chicken, grilled to perfection over charcoal. Not only are the skewers exceptional, but the seasonal vegetables and side dishes are also captivating, enticing all who visit.
