In October 2024, a new yakitori restaurant will open near Nijo-jo Castle in Kyoto.

The new restaurant is established by the renowned “Ichimatsu” group, which has received multiple awards from the Michelin Guide.

The restaurant specializes in exquisite yakitori made from carefully selected Hinai-Jidori chicken, grilled to perfection over charcoal. Not only are the skewers exceptional, but the seasonal vegetables and side dishes are also captivating, enticing all who visit.

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.
