For 50 years, Chef Yuji Wakiya has devoted himself entirely to the culinary arts. Marking this milestone, he has opened a new chapter in Ginza—home to some of the world’s finest dining—where he presents a contemporary expression of Chinese cuisine that seamlessly blends tradition and creativity. Drawing from his roots in Shanghai cuisine and incorporating seasonal ingredients sourced from across Japan, Chef Wakiya elevates each dish into an ever‑evolving work of culinary craft.
The restaurant is designed to engage all five senses. At the counter, guests can experience the dynamic energy of the kitchen up close—from the roaring kiln reaching temperatures of up to 450°C to the vivid colors, sounds, and aromas that accompany each dish. Set slightly apart from the bustle of the main street, the tranquil location offers a sense of calm, while the refined private room provides an elegant setting for special occasions.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.
For counter seating, all guests will be served at the same time according to the reservation schedule. If you are running late, please be sure to contact us in advance.
Please note that if you arrive late, your course may be served from the middle.
