Founded in 1891, Asakusa Sushisei is a long‑established Edo‑style sushi restaurant that has built its history along Asakusa’s famed Sushi Street. The restaurant sources carefully selected bluefin tuna from Yamayuki, a renowned tuna wholesaler, as well as seasonal seafood and vegetables delivered directly from Toyosu Market and regions across Japan. Each ingredient is chosen at its peak and prepared with meticulous craftsmanship.

The menu features an omakase course composed of the finest ingredients of the day, offering new discoveries with every visit. At dinner, guests can enjoy a full range of tuna—akami (lean tuna), chutoro (medium‑fatty tuna), and otoro (fatty tuna). A curated selection of seasonal sake is also available, with pairings that elevate the dining experience.
