We offer a yakitori course in which you can enjoy seasonal dishes.

The chicken dishes feature various cuts of premium Japanese chicken, either aged in a special machine or served fresh from the market, where the chef personally selects and prepares them every morning.

After enjoying some seasonal appetizers, you will be treated to 10 skewers of yakitori, showcasing different parts of the chicken such as thigh, breast, and offal, along with 3 to 4 kinds of vegetables.

Our signature sauce is made with soy sauce and other ingredients to bring out the best flavors of the chicken and vegetables. Each skewer is dipped in the sauce three times while being grilled to perfection.

Our primary ingredients are sourced directly from producers across Japan, with chicken selections including Omi Jidori and Suigo Akadori, known for their rich flavors and aromatic qualities. Chef Kaneda employs unique cooking methods for each cut, adapting to the seasons and daily conditions.
