The chef and sommelier—who have honed their craft together since their apprenticeship—work as a team to bring to life the restaurant’s concept of “delicious, fun, and familiar.” The name “DIALOGUE,” meaning “conversation” in both French and English, reflects their desire to create a place where natural, relaxed conversations unfold around the table.

The restaurant offers approachable, classic French dishes that evoke the flavors and spirit of France. The sommelier thoughtfully selects wines that pair beautifully with each plate, making the harmony between food and wine one of the restaurant’s greatest pleasures.
