At the heart of the dining room stands a quietly flickering wood‑fired hearth, where guests seated at the counter can enjoy their meal while feeling the warmth and presence of the flames up close.
The kitchen is led by a highly skilled chef who refined his craft at acclaimed establishments including Hôtel de Yoshino in Wakayama, Txispa in Spain, and Noma Kyoto.
While the foundation of the cuisine lies in classic French technique, the chef’s exceptional skill and international sensibility give rise to a culinary style that transcends traditional French boundaries—rustic yet deeply expressive, simple yet profoundly flavorful. Local ingredients sourced from Kyoto and its surrounding regions are cooked over a wood fire, developing a powerful umami and aromatic char found nowhere else.
To complement the dishes, the restaurant offers a curated selection of natural wines chosen with pairing in mind. A thoughtful range of non‑alcoholic beverages is also available, ensuring that guests who prefer not to drink alcohol can fully enjoy their dining experience.

If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.
We are unable to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions related to seafood or dairy products. We also cannot make changes to the menu based on disliked ingredients.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal.
Dinner begins promptly at 6:30 PM, and lunch begins at 12:00 PM. Guests may enter the restaurant 15 minutes prior to the course start time.
Please note that late arrival may result in a shortened course. If we are unable to contact you after the reservation time, your reservation may be canceled.
Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)
Only those who can enjoy the same course as adults are allowed.
