Sushi Kirimon （鮨桐紋）

The name of the restaurant, “Kirimon” is inspired by the family crest that the Japanese people cherish and the traditional Japanese cuisine that is registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.

We aim to express the essence of Japanese culture through sushi and to pass on the tradition to both Japanese and foreign customers.

Sushi Kirimon’s signature nigiri is all transcendentally delicious.

We carefully prepare the selected ingredients, use different types of wasabi according to the temperature and shape of the nigiri, and also use different types of soy sauce as needed.

The owner, Mr. Setta, has trained and worked in many renowned and Michelin-starred restaurants in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, and has dedicated more than 25 years of his life to sushi, traveling and tasting sushi all over Japan to learn the cuisine and techniques of the top chefs.

We are also particular about the sources of our ingredients, and personally visit the fishing and production areas related to sushi in Japan, and cook with the thoughts and feelings of the fishermen and producers.

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

  Only those who can enjoy the same course as adults are allowed.
