About Koishikawa Nakasei
This specialty restaurant for yakiniku of aged beef is located along Harimazaka in Tokyo’s Koishikawa, a famous cherry blossom viewing spot. It is an affiliated restaurant attached to the renowned meat shop, “Nakasei Main Store,” in Denenchofu, known for its aged meats.
Inside, hidden behind a showcase, the restaurant has an intimate ambiance. They carefully source whole Japanese Black cattle and age them for up to two months in their own aging facility to maximize their aroma and flavor. They always offer a selection of 16-17 types of meticulously selected lean and marbled cuts of aged meat in the showcase.
They provide meat consultation services to guide customers to meats that suit their preferences, offering perfectly grilled steaks and grills that allow you to savor the deliciousness of the ingredients with expert cooking.
