Yakitori Torisen （焼鳥 とり泉）

"Yakitori Torisen" pours its heart into preparing yakitori dishes, adhering to the principle of delivering the life of a single chicken as an ingredient with graditude to our customers.

We offer the rarest breed of free-range chicken in Japan, "Matsukaze Jidori," raised in the Tamba Sasayama region of Hyogo Prefecture.

Chicken thigh - the first skewer in our course menu, is handed to you directly, to deliver great flavors without wasting a single drop of the succulent juices.

Moreover, we half a hatsu(chicken heart) for sharing, and any small meat pieces that cannot be skewered are served as gyoza,and chicken broth is utilized in dishes such as Zosui (rice porridge) and Oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl).

Savor the dishes prepared with utmost respect for the life of each chicken in a serene setting.
