Housed in a Kyo-machiya—a traditional Kyoto townhouse designated as a Historic Scenic Building—we offer an authentic and luxurious shabu-shabu experience featuring carefully selected Wagyu and Kobe Beef.

We host only one group per day, providing a private space where you can immerse yourself in the traditional culture of Kyoto with all five senses. Our female staff, dressed in elegant kimonos, a symbol of Japan, will extend warm and heartfelt hospitality. To complement the rich flavors of the Wagyu and Kobe Beef, we also offer a curated selection of Japanese sake and fine wines.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

  Please note that we are unable to accept reservations from guests with wheat or buckwheat (soba) allergies. By proceeding with the reservation, we will consider that you have understood this policy. If a request for such accommodation is indicated at the time of booking, the reservation will be canceled at the guest’s responsibility. In addition, if you arrive at the restaurant, we will have no choice but to refuse entry. Please also understand that in such cases no refund will be issued, and we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation.
