Iroha is a kappo-style restaurant located in Kitashinchi, Osaka.

Embracing the ingredients of each season, we present dishes that honor the essence of “shun—the fleeting peak of flavor.” Our cuisine is defined by meticulous preparation and a diverse menu that balances creativity with respect for tradition.

For sashimi, we employ techniques such as lightly searing the surface, blanching, and kombu curing to bring out the natural character of each ingredient. Our signature beef cutlet is offered to provide a satisfying and substantial main dish. True to the name “Iroha,” each plate is adorned with seasonal leaves, creating a presentation rich in color and expression.

Although recognized with a Michelin one-star rating, Iroha remains a relaxed and welcoming space where guests can enjoy a truly special dining experience.
