This Japanese restaurant offers a taste experience that reflects the seasons through its use of seasonal ingredients.
The owner, who trained at the long-established restaurant “Genyadana Hamadaya” in Ningyocho and “Kappo Kisaku,” which was awarded a Michelin star within six months of opening, became independent in 2013 and has since been awarded one star in the Michelin Guide Tokyo for consecutive years.
The restaurant serves a course of dishes that allow you to fully appreciate the master’s delicate techniques along with carefully selected seasonal ingredients.

If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.
We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate requests for meals without dashi (made from katsuobushi and kombu). Customers who have made a reservation are assumed to understand this policy. If it is noted at the time of reservation that you cannot consume the aforementioned ingredients, we will cancel the reservation from our side. Please also be aware that any incurred costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.
Guests booking at 9:00 p.m. may need to wait briefly if the previous guests are still present.
Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)
