For the first time from Japan, we participated in the Vienna event of “The Rare Tour,” a global showcase featuring 101 distinguished steakhouses.
We invite you to savor a selection of exquisite dishes featuring Omi beef, including the world’s first T-bone steak made from female Omi cattle—a concept two years in the making, realized through dedicated visits to the ranch.
The interior, evoking the Prohibition era, is the handiwork of Naoya from the renowned DIY collective “THE HIDEAWAY.”
Guests may also enjoy the privacy of our antique-filled separate room, accessible through its own entrance.
