About Nihonryori Ryugin
Japanese cuisine is founded on savoring the blessings of each season.
The seasonal ingredients found across Japan are priceless treasures nurtured by the rich natural environment of our country, which we believe can be proudly showcased on a global stage.
Through Japanese cuisine, it would be our delight if you could fully enjoy the changing seasons, directly experience the diverse flavors and charms the ingredients have to offer, and be reminded once again of the abundant natural environment of Japan reflected in its cuisine.

Dress Code:
At Ryugin, we carefully prepare our dishes with the hope that our guests can enjoy the delicate aromas of Japanese cuisine throughout the four seasons. Therefore, if even a single guest visits while wearing perfume or cologne, their scent can spread across the dining area and become an extreme nuisance to other customers. Compromising the aromas of the cuisine is an extremely serious issue at a Japanese restaurant, so we absolutely prohibit the wearing of perfumes. We recognize that our guests are those who wish to fully enjoy and cherish the aromas of our dishes to the utmost degree, so we ask for your kind understanding and cooperation on this matter.
For the dress code, we recommend semi-formal attire.Regardless of the brand, entry will not be permitted for styles consisting of only a t-shirt on the upper body for both men and women. Additionally, we do not allow entry for men wearing half pants (shorts) or sandals.
