Gion Sushi Tadayasu （祇園 鮨 忠保）

This restaurant offers authentic Edomae sushi, using only the freshest, domestically-sourced, and naturally-raised ingredients.

The chef has been passionate about sushi since his middle school days, when his family owned a fish merchant. After completing his apprenticeship at a renowned sushi restaurant in Tokyo, he opened this restaurant.

Their fish is sourced from Tsukiji Market and is allowed to rest for a period of time before being served, allowing the flavors to fully develop. They also take great care in preparing our rice, using different types of vinegar for different types of seafood.

They invite you to enjoy our carefully-prepared Edomae sushi with sake from Kyoto.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

  Only those who can enjoy the same course as adults are allowed.

• Others:
