In the historic Gion district of Kyoto, our sushi kappo restaurant has been a culinary landmark for 50 years.
The second-generation chef, honed in the esteemed ryotei of Kanazawa, extends warm hospitality with seasonal Kyoto kaiseki and chef’s choice nigiri.
