Grant Hernandez5.0Posted on :04/07/2025The flow of the meal is one of the best we have ever had. Every dish complemented the one before and after. You could tell the menu and ingredients were carefully planned and thought out.
My fiancee and I have been to several Michelin restaurants around the world and none flowed as well as this one. The highlights of our meal were the Wagyu, Sakura Shrimp Ravioli, and the Strawberry Balsamic.
The staff were excellent and our server was extremely welcoming and enjoyable to converse with. The atmosphere of the restaurant is extremely welcoming as well. Out of the many Michelin rated restaurants we’ve been to, we thoroughly enjoyed the decor of this one because it was so light with exposed wood and cool colored tones in the dining area. Most restaurants we’ve been to that are of this level have been dimly lit with more warm colors but we preferred the atmosphere here because of how welcoming it feels. The cool colored tones also reflect the types of dishes we received with the our first 7 courses having seafood elements to them.
I could not recommend this restaurant any more. For both beginners to fine dining and more experienced diners like ourselves I believe this is an amazing meal for anyone who can come.
One day when we revisit Japan we will revisit Dodici. -
