About Ichijoji Norihide
After training in various Japanese restaurants, he opened a Japanese restaurant in his current location. Guests are served refined cuisine prepared with seasonal ingredients.
We go to the foot of Mt. Hiei to fetch water, and this water goes very well with Japanese cuisine. The water is used to make broth and boil ingredients.
Behind the simplicity of the presentation, you can feel the craftsmanship that goes into every step of the process.

Posted on : 04/08/2024We feel privileged to have dined here. The food was exceptional, Hide-san and his staff are true masters at crafting a unique dining experience using fresh seasonal ingredients. Everyone here made us feel at home and welcomed. After our meal, they waited with us outside until our ride arrived. We were touched by the care showed by everyone there. I won't give away all the information as the food is to be experienced. If you are in Kyoto, do not miss this. The spaces sell out quickly.J.J.
Posted on : 03/04/2024Located away from the center of Kyoto, so we used a taxi to get there. Each dish was exquisitely crafted with delicate cuts, and they were all fantastic. Even the presentation reflected the essence of Japan, making it a truly outstanding dining experience.
