”Kaname" is a kappo restaurant produced by "Kanamean Nishitomiya," a Japanese inn established in Kyoto in 1873.

The cuisine is based on kaiseki, a multi-course Japanese meal that combines Japanese and Western seasonal ingredients, using teppan-yaki and charcoal-grilled dishes. The restaurant is filled with the spirit of hospitality and aesthetics inherited from "Kanamean Nishitomiya."

The chef’s table, which is limited to six seats, offers a modern sense of style in a traditional space. You can enjoy the food right in front of you as it is prepared by the skilled chefs.
