Shibaji Shome5.0Posted on :04/08/2024We feel privileged to have dined here. The food was exceptional, Hide-san and his staff are true masters at crafting a unique dining experience using fresh seasonal ingredients. Everyone here made us feel at home and welcomed. After our meal, they waited with us outside until our ride arrived. We were touched by the care showed by everyone there. I won't give away all the information as the food is to be experienced. If you are in Kyoto, do not miss this. The spaces sell out quickly.
