About Nagatacho Sushi Kanesaka
As an affiliate of "Ginza Kanesaka," which boasts two Michelin stars, we uphold a legacy of excellence.
Beyond flavor, we believe the visual allure and the artistry of our nigiri are integral to our culinary experience.
In the traditional Edo-mae style, each piece is crafted with an artisan’s touch, a harmonious trinity of neta, shari, and wasabi, meticulously assembled with love.
We are fastidious about the balance of flavors at the moment of tasting, meticulously controlling temperature, humidity, and aging.
Our space is designed to be a sanctuary of enjoyment, with a traditional yet uncluttered interior that sets the stage for an exquisite display of craftsmanship and heartfelt hospitality.
From the noren (Japanese traditional shop-curtain) at the entrance to the finishing touches on the ceiling, every material such as wood, is chosen for its quality, contributing to the restaurant’s poised ambiance.
We cherish the creation of a refreshing and lively atmosphere, true to the spirit of an authentic Edo-mae sushi establishment.
