"JINBO MINAMI AOYAMA" is a ristorante that can be experienced through all five senses, rooted in the traditions and techniques of Italian cuisine as envisioned by the owner, Mr. Jimbo, and incorporating ingredients and culture from all over Japan to express his original, gentle, and unique flavor on the plate.

The concept is “modern Italian” incorporating a lot of vegetables. The chef himself visits farmers throughout Japan, listens to the voices of producers, feels the climate of the land, and respects the rare ingredients as much as possible.
