Shinjuku Gyoenmae, although being in Shinjuku, a place where you can forget the hustle and bustle of the big city, and feel as if the air is clear. At "Shinjuku Gyoen Sushi Nishi," which is located in such a historic place, you can enjoy a gem work of sushi made with quality ingredients and excellent techniques in a tasteful space reminiscent of a tea ceremony room.
The concept is "natural wine, hot sake, and sushi." Seafood is carefully selected and purchased not only from Toyosu market, but also directly from Hokkaido, Ishikawa, Kyushu, and other regions of Japan.
As a special arrangement for the cherry blossom season(spring), a window with a great view is installed in a corner of the restaurant, where customers can enjoy the cherry blossoms.
Enjoy sushi and sake in a relaxed atmosphere and have an exquisite time.
