About Sushi Rizaki nishiazabu
The popular restaurant, which had its main branch in Shibuya and quickly became difficult to make reservations for, has opened its fourth branch in Nishiazabu.
The sushi-ingredients we procure with a discerning eye are all carefully prepared and delicately seasoned, and served with the ones that capture the essence of the season in the chef’s choice of the day.
Using the best ingredients such as tuna, sea urchin, abalone, shrimps, crabs, etc., carefully chosen by a trusted middleman for the restaurant, the restaurant uses chef’s expertise in Japanese cuisine to create not only appetizers and sushi, but also a selection of dishes using dashi broth from the fish of the day so that customers can savor the true flavor of the ingredients.
Enjoy our exquisite sushi, which is more casual and cozy than that of the main restaurant, but no less high quality and delicious.
