Ginzaichibun （銀座いち分）

”Ginzaichibun is a sushi restaurant where master chef Takeshi Ogawa's craftsmanship.

Mr. Ogawa opened "Sushi Ogawa Ginza" in 2013 after gaining experience in Japanese and sushi restaurants. Its reputation grew among foodies, and in 2017, the restaurant relocated to Higashi-Ginza and reopened as "Ginzaichibun."

He also offers appetizers with twists, including straw-smoked “smoked tuna stew” and an assortment of several kinds of sea urchins.

The sushi rice is made from Akitakomachi rice directly from farmers and blended with two types of red vinegar and pure rice vinegar to give it a mild sour taste.

The dishes are also served on carefully selected Imari-Yaki and Karatsu-Yaki plates, which complement the flavors and colors of the food.

The restaurant has only counter seating, with spacious seating and a warm wooden atmosphere. Please enjoy a luxurious moment presented by a famous sushi restaurant.

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

  Only those who can enjoy the same course as adults are allowed.
