About PRIMO PASSO
Chef Fujioka learned from starred restaurants in Japan and Italy, and was a division chef at a 2-star restaurant near Naples, Italy, before going solo.
Considering the meaning of offering Italian cuisine in Japan, we have prepared an omakase course featuring various types of pasta dishes, and used ingredients from all over Japan.
