■ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the restaurant. In addition, there are no ashtrays or smoking areas outside the premises. Please note that smoking on the streets around our restaurant is prohibited by Minato Ward regulations. Accordingly, we ask all guests to refrain from smoking for the entire duration of their visit. We kindly ask guests who may find it difficult to refrain from smoking during the meal to refrain from making a reservation.

■ To ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests, we reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the restaurant if their behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate to other guests or to our business operations. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for the course fees already paid, regardless of the reason.

The chef of ”Sushi Kinoshita, Noriaki Nakamura, offers a combination of Japanese cuisine and Edomae-style sushi that is faithful to the basics.

He has honed his skills at both Japanese cuisine and sushi restaurants, and his experience in both fields allows him to offer dishes that can only be enjoyed here.

The beverage selection includes not only Japanese sake but also wine and whiskey, all carefully selected to complement the cuisine.

"Sushi Kinoshita" is a hidden sushi restaurant tucked away in Nishi-Azabu. Once you step into the restaurant, you will find that there is no formal atmosphere as is often the case at sushi restaurants, but rather a space where everyone can feel at home.

• Arrival time:

  If you are more than 5 minutes late for your reservation, it will be canceled. Please ensure you are punctual.

  We ask that you arrive with time to spare, preferably at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that no refunds will be provided if your reservation is canceled due to lateness.

  Additionally, we cannot accept reservations on the day of your arrival in Japan via international flights or on days involving long-distance domestic travel, due to the possibility of frequent delays or sudden cancellations of flights and Shinkansen.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Children are not permitted.

• Others:

  The entire restaurant is non-smoking. Please note that leaving your seat during the meal for any reason other than using the restroom (including for smoking or phone calls) is prohibited.

  We also ask that you refrain from wearing strong perfume or fabric softener.
