The chef personally sources fresh fish from Sagami Bay, vegetables harvested that very morning from nearby farms, and the pure spring water of Tanzawa. • Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation so that you can start eating on time. If you miss your reservation time without contacting us, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

  Cooking will start at the same time as your reservation time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to serve you part of the course. Please arrive with plenty of time.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Children who can sit at a seat and eat the same course meal as their parents (approximately 3-4 hours) are allowed to visit. Please refrain from walking around or making loud noises while eating. Please make sure to include children in the adult number of guests when making a reservation.

• Others:

  ・We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.

  ・Regarding photography, you are welcome to take photos of the food and its presentation. However, please refrain from taking photos that include other guests.

  ・A one-drink minimum per person is required.

  ・Our restaurant is located in a residential area. We kindly ask that you avoid taking photos or speaking loudly near the entrance
