Sushi Karaku (鮨 からく)

Chuo-ku Tokyo USD 97.82 + Sushi

About Sushi Karaku

This sushi restaurant offers Edomae Sushi, which brings out the umami of cured fish, paired with wine.

The sushi and wine paired by the owner, who is a certified wine sommelier, is a unique combination you won’t find anywhere else.

The restaurant’s calm interior offers a counter and a private room with a sunken kotatsu(a low table with a heater underneath) and a quilt over it for a special time.

Please enjoy the marriage of Edomae Sushi and wine.
