Chef de Cuisine Mr. Otsuka has a rich experience in Japanese cuisine, having worked at Japanese restaurants in Osaka and Nagoya, and later becoming the head chef of a Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant in Tokyo. He is passionate about presenting the authentic taste of Japanese food.

  Our restaurant is unable to accommodate customers with wheat allergies. We assume that customers who make reservations understand this policy, and if a wheat allergy is noted at the time of reservation, the restaurant will cancel the reservation. Please also note that any costs incurred will be at the customer's expense.

  Additionally, if you do not prefer seafood, please specify in the special requests section at the time of reservation whether seafood-based broths or extracts are also unacceptable.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.
