Notably, our proprietor is a certified hunter and owns a game meat processing facility in Mori Town, Hokkaido. Therefore, we ensure that the game is provided to our guests in the finest possible condition through collaboration with local hunters.

Additionally, we are dedicated to French wines, with our proprietor, who is also a sommelier, importing Champagne and Burgundy wines through our own routes. We offer wine recommendations that perfectly complement our dishes, enhancing your dining experience.
