  If two or more items in the course are affected by allergies or dietary restrictions, your reservation will be considered a cancellation. Depending on when the request is made, it may also be subject to our cancellation policy. Please confirm this in advance before making a reservation.

  Please note that we are unable to make changes to the broth (dashi). Therefore, we may have to decline reservations if you have any ingredients you cannot eat.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

  All courses begin simultaneously at the reservation time. If you arrive late or leave midway through, please understand that we may not be able to serve all dishes in the course. We kindly ask that you allow ample time to arrive.
