The restaurant offers an omakase course using seasonal ingredients carefully selected by the owner. Enjoy a variety of dishes that draw out the best of the ingredients, mainly using local produce, and faithfully following the basics of Japanese cuisine. The presentation and tableware, inspired by the seasonal almanac, are visually stunning and will engage all your senses.
