The owner himself visits the bustling Tsukiji Market, where he handpicks the finest ingredients gathered from all over Japan.

The sushi rice is cooked with large grains of rice that have little stickiness, and is valued for the sensation of falling apart in your mouth.

We invite you to visit us in various situations, in the stylish neighborhood of Ningyocho, and savor Mr. Kakizaki's meticulously crafted Edo-style sushi.

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.
