The méli mélo team in Sapporo will host a four-month pop-up restaurant in a special room at ANDARU NISEKO from December to March.

Enjoy this special experience with only 12 seats available per day.

Chef Hironori Sato will bring you Japanese modern French cuisine, maintaining the same style as the restaurant in Sapporo.

  *If you are late or leave in the middle of your time, we may not be able to provide some of the course meals.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.
