Minamiazabu Rigyo is a yakitori restaurant that aims to provide each and every customer with heartfelt hospitality and the best possible experience.

The space is like a hidden gem with a relaxed atmosphere where you can spend quality time.

Since reservations are required, you can enjoy a special meal with your loved ones without worrying about your surroundings.

Our restaurant mainly uses Takasaki chicken from Kyoto Prefecture, and while carrying on the 58-year tradition of Roppongi Kushiyaki Ganchan, we strive to serve yakitori that is unpretentious but makes use of what we have learned.

The deep flavors of the ingredients, honed from years of experience, are distilled through a straightforward cooking method that emphasizes the natural essence of the ingredients without relying on gimmicks.

Customers can enjoy yakitori that continues to evolve every day, incorporating new discoveries and learnings while preserving tradition.

In pursuit of the perfect pairing with yakitori, the restaurant offers over 400 varieties of Japanese wines carefully selected from all over Japan. From these, around 15 types of wines are always available by the glass.

The staff is happy to assist with suggestions for the perfect pairing for each yakitori.

Guests are invited to spend a luxurious time savoring the depth of Japanese wines with their yakitori.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

  If you have extensive allergies or food dislikes that may affect more than one dish in a course, your reservation will be cancelled and subject to our cancellation policy depending on when you notify us. Please make sure to check this before making your reservation.

  If you have any allergies or foods you are unable to consume (particularly raw eggs, organ meats such as liver, or leeks), please inform us in advance through the "allergy section." Depending on the specifics, we may need to decline your reservation. We may not be able to accommodate requests made shortly before your visit.

  For those who are unable to consume soba or rare/raw chicken, we kindly ask that you refrain from making a reservation, as we may not be able to accommodate these preferences.

• Arrival time:

  It will start all at the time of reservation. If you are late or you are leaving in the middle of your time, you may not be able to provide some of the course meals. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically cancelled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late on the day of your visit, we may cancel your reservation. We appreciate your understanding.
