  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

  Extensive food allergies that may affect more than 2 dishes in a course will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to our cancellation policy depending on the timing of your request. Please confirm in advance before making a reservation.

  If you have any allergies or food restrictions, please inform us in advance through the "Allergy Section." We may not be able to accommodate requests on the day of your visit.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal.

  If we do not hear from you and your reservation time is exceeded by 15 minutes, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

  In case of late arrival or early departure, some parts of the course may not be served. Please allow enough time for your visit.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Guests aged 10 and above can use the main dining room, and those 6 and above can use private rooms. Only guests enjoying the adult course are permitted.

• Others:

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.

  A separate private room charge of JPY 11,000 (10% service charge not included) will be added for the use of a private room.
