The owner, Mr. Yuki Kanazawa, honed his skills at a local Japanese restaurant and then spent five years training at “Yoshimura” in Itabashi, a renowned establishment known for its exceptional Japanese cuisine.

With the solid skills he has cultivated at several esteemed restaurants, his meticulous approach maximizes the original flavors of the ingredients. Particularly, the true taste of the ingredients, brought out by careful preparation and simple yet refined cooking methods, is something you must try.

The intimate restaurant, featuring only counter seating, allows for engaging conversations with the owner and showcases warm hospitality. With seasonal ingredients and heartwarming hospitality, he weaves a unique “food” story just for you.
