Thomas5.0Posted on :04/28/2024Matoi Ginza was a fantastic experience. The first impression is set high with beautiful interior design. The staff was super nice and fun through the experience. The food at Matoi was unbelievable. Chef Yoshifumi Yamauchi takes you on a journey through Japanese high cuisine with creative rounds of sashimi, shabushabu, grilled dishes, sushi, steak and his awesome “sandwich” - all of the highest quality ingredients. The wine and sake pairing was amazing as well. Thank you for such a memorable experience! - Tom

Service very attentative, though seemed to wanting to keep my wife sober, as refilling her wineglass only after being asked. Overall recommendable.
