A specialty restaurant dedicated to showcasing the true deliciousness of duck. Leveraging the advantage of purchasing whole ducks, they serve a wide variety of cuts.

The meal begins with dishes like gizzard and liver, highlighting their exceptional freshness. The tenderloin is cured with kelp (*kobujime*), the loin is charcoal-grilled to infuse a smoky aroma, and the fat is rendered into dashi broth to enhance the umami.

This "duck feast" utilizes every part of the ingredient without waste, prepared in diverse styles. Even the duck-shaped chopstick rests add a charming touch of affection.
