Courage （クラージュ）

“Courage” in Azabujuban is a sophisticated restaurant offering modern French cuisine to be enjoyed with all five senses, based on the concept of “Restaurant x Fashion x Art.” The restaurant offers vibrant dishes including Jinseki Beef (Japanese black beef) and its specialty, Kasumi Duck Sandwich, a glamorous fusion of Japanese and Western cuisine.

The chef, Seira Furuya, a finalist in the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition, is also a female chef who was selected for the Gault et Millau Young Chef Award.

The owner, Mr. Aizawa, is particular about creating a colorful space reminiscent of Japan's bubble economy era, incorporating exciting elements for guests throughout. Art and fashion are also integrated, making the restaurant a truly delicious and fun “adult playground” in Azabujuban.
