The owner, Mr. Aizawa, is particular about creating a colorful space reminiscent of Japan's bubble economy era, incorporating exciting elements for guests throughout. Art and fashion are also integrated, making the restaurant a truly delicious and fun “adult playground” in Azabujuban.
